About this Episode: A Guided JSJ Combination Meditation for Pregnancy
In this JSJ (Jin Shin Jyutsu) guided mediation, I practice the right and left mediator flows. This is one of the top three flows you would learn in a self-help JSJ course. This is a great go-to hold for when you’re needing to balance emotions and going through changes in life (hello pregnancy). During pregnancy, many women experience anxiety, stress, worry, depression, sadness, frustration, irritation, and many other strong emotions—thank you, hormones!
When I practice this hold, it helps me release these “stuck” emotions and just let go so that I’m able to just feel happy and more easily accept all of life’s changes. This meditation is focused on JSJ self-help holds, breath awareness, and emotional freedom techniques.
Use the mediator flow throughout your pregnancy over and over again to help balance emotions and welcome change in your life. The cool part about JSJ–you do not need to be “meditating” to practice. I find being relaxed helps the effectiveness of the practice, but it is not necessary. You can practice anytime and anywhere you have your hands free.
