With immense joy, I celebrate five years of my beautiful journey into motherhood, filled with gratitude for the invaluable support I’ve received along the way. JSJ flows and holds are an essential treasure in my life, offering solace and immeasurable benefits through all the challenges of motherhood. And I believe everyone, especially expectant mothers and the neurodivergent community, should have access to self-help healing therapies like JSJ, which restores harmony in one’s bioenergetic field and addresses physical, mental, and emotional aspects.  I practice and create JSJ combination meditations to provide relief and support, acknowledging the overwhelming nature of mental health labels, especially during pregnancy when medications can be risky.
