And within this transformation into motherhood meditation, we disentangle from feelings of resistance physically, mentally, and emotionally. We realign with feelings of strength, courage, confidence, creativity, intuitiveness, fluidity, flexibility, ease, and grace.

Earlier this week, coming to this particular JSJ self-care hold because I found myself transforming into a different stage in motherhood. Now I have a 3-year-old and 10 month old; things are changing, within all 3 of us, and within the rest of the family that’s involved with us too. There’s a transformation happening all around me during this time of motherhood.
So when I can take time to practice holding my safety energy lock 17 as well as my ring finger, I can find peace, I can find so much peace. And I might even hold these spots standing in line at the grocery store or when I’m sitting in line anywhere with a free hand. And coming right to that wrist hold, it calms my entire nervous system.
